The Dashboard Analytics page gives you a high-level snapshot of how each client domain is performing in search, based on live Google Search Console data. It’s designed to give you quick insights without needing to dive deep into granular reports.

This page covers keyword performance, page performance, and overall website traffic trends—all at a glance.

1. What the Dashboard Analytics Page Does

  • Shows keyword and page performance over multiple timeframes

  • Pulls live data directly from Google Search Console

  • Highlights the top-performing pages and keywords

  • Provides real-time refreshes for updated insights

  • Acts as a gateway for deeper SEO analysis later in the platform

2. Key Metrics You’ll See

At the top of the Dashboard Analytics page:

Metric
What It Means

Top 100 Keywords

Number of keywords ranking in Google’s top 100 search results

Top 10 Keywords

Number of keywords ranking in Google's top 10 search results (page one visibility)

Traffic Share by Keyword

Percentage of total search traffic each keyword is driving

You can view these metrics across different time ranges:

  • 1 Month

  • 6 Months

  • 12 Months

  • All Time

Each time you switch timeframes, Sage SEO updates the data live without any need to reload the page.

3. Page-Level Performance

As you scroll down, you’ll see:

  • Top 5 Performing Pages

  • Ranked by total clicks and impressions

  • Filterable by 1 Month, 6 Months, 12 Months, or All Time

This section gives you fast answers to questions like:

  • Which blogs or landing pages are driving the most search traffic?

  • Which pages have gained or lost visibility recently?

4. Website Traffic Summary

Below the page-level data, you’ll find:

  • Total Website Clicks

  • Total Website Impressions

This provides a fast, high-level view of how much organic traffic your client’s site is attracting, and how often it's showing up in search results.

Note: A deeper breakdown of queries and rankings is available in the SEO Analytics section if you want more granular insights.

5. Live Data Refresh

You can click on any timeframe (1 Month, 6 Months, 12 Months, All Time) to instantly refresh the dashboard metrics.

  • No page reload needed

  • Updates keyword rankings, page performance, and traffic summaries dynamically

  • Allows you to easily compare growth and identify shifts in SEO performance over time

6. When to Use Dashboard Analytics

  • During client meetings for quick updates

  • When prioritizing which content or pages to optimize

  • For fast troubleshooting when a traffic dip or spike happens

  • As a starting point for deeper SEO research

Dashboard Analytics is your "at-a-glance" control panel to keep all your client campaigns on track without getting overwhelmed by endless reports.

Next Step:

Once you’ve reviewed the high-level data in the Dashboard, move into the SEO Analytics section to explore detailed query reports, keyword movements, and page-level trends.
