Key Takeaways

  • Transitioning to our web app will allow us to better track all of your data and metrics, including article publication dates, Google Search Console impression data, Google Analytics metrics, keyword analysis and attribution to published content, etc.

  • Once this process is complete, you will have everything you need to submit article keyword research requests, write your articles, and publish your articles to WordPress or export them.

  • The Sage SEO team will transition all your Notion content (mainly your article titles, published URL links, and publish dates onto the web platform.

Getting Started

Making the transition to our new web platform is the next major step in Sage's journey to better aggregate all customer data from multiple sources into a single location. This will allow us to bring more 3rd party data from Google Analytics, Search Console, Twitter, and SEO tools into our big data system and provide better ROI calculations for your SEO efforts.

You'll perform the following steps:

  1. Create your new account at https://app.sageseo.ai

  2. Once created, Sage will move all your article data from Notion into the web App so your already published articles will show up, including published URLs from your website.

  3. Each week, or in bulk submission (up to 4 at once), please create new articles and submit keyword requests following our Submitting Keyword Requests guide.

  4. Each Friday, your new keywords will be available and uploaded for you inside the Sage Writer content editing and publishing tool.

  5. Write your article inside the tool, utilizing keywords according to our best practices guidelines from the Using Our Keywords guide.

  6. Publish your article to WordPress or Export it into a PDF or Google Doc
